Global Crown Capital Hires Leading Internet Analyst
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif - July 11, 2006 - Global Crown Capital, LLC (GCC), a full-service boutique investment firm, today announced that Martin Pyykkonen has joined the firm as a Senior Executive Director of research focusing on the Internet, Media and Communications sectors. Martin is a seasoned equity research analyst with over ten years of experience covering these industry sectors. He has also published extensively on Internet and Networking related topics including an early breakthrough report on the development of the Internet infrastructure ("The Internet: Ultimately the Ultimate Network") and is frequently asked his opinion in the pubic media.
Mr. Pyykkonen is the most recent addition to GCC's all-star analyst team. Mr. Pyykkonen's experience includes having held Senior Securities Analysts positions with Hoefer & Arnett, C.E. Unterberg Towbin, Janco Partners, CIBC World Markets and Furman Selz. Prior to his securities industry experience he worked as a management consultant at Price Waterhouse and at Arthur D. Little, focusing on strategic planning, product development and capital investment strategy.
Mr. Pyykkonen holds an MBA from Boston University and an MS in electrical engineering/computer science from Northeastern University.
